How Our Reservation Process Works

Travel should be a source of joy, renewal and inspiration, not just one more thing on your endless list of to-do’s.

That’s why we put together this online marketplace of St. John’s restaurants and activities so you can browse, inquire and book all in one place—saving you precious time without costing even a dollar more.

Booking an activity costs you nothing beyond what you’d already pay. Once availability is verified, a deposit of 10-20% is due to confirm the booking.

Making a restaurant reservation through Paradise Found is 100% free.

How to Book an Activity on Paradise Found

    Browse.

  1. Choose By Land or By Sea from the Activity Menu.
  2. Click on the square image for the activity detail page.
    • First, you’ll find photos, starting price and a brief description.
    • In the tabbed section, read about activity details under What We Do.
    • Find out about the activity vendor’s background under Who We Are.
    • Where to Find Us contains useful parking info, including a Google-integrated map with pop-up tips.

    Inquire.

  3. On the request form under the tabbed area, choose the number of people in your party.
  4. Select the trip of your choice and click a date on the calendar.
  5. Add alternative date options, questions and/or special requests in the space provided.
  6. Click the Add Request to Your Itinerary button.
  7. Review your itinerary and either continue browsing or . . .
  8. Click the Next Step button where you’ll give us some contact info.
  9. Review your itinerary again and click the Request Now button.
  10. Confirm.

  11. We will get back to you within 24 hours to verify availability.
  12. If unavailable, we’ll work with you to find an alternative option.
  13. If available, we’ll send you an email with a link to pay your deposit.
  14. The link will bring you back to Paradise Found where you can review your itinerary one more time before completing the transaction at PayPal.
  15. Once the deposit has been paid, you’ll receive a receipt from PayPal and a confirmation email from Paradise Found.
  16. The balance of your total will be due to the activity vendor at the time of your booking.

How to Reserve a Table on Paradise Found

    Browse.

  1. Choose Cruz or Coral Bay from the Restaurant Menu.
  2. Click on the square image for the restaurant detail page.
    • First, you’ll find photos, a brief description, contact and reservation info.
    • In the tabbed section, the full menu is included under What We Do.
    • Find out about the restaurant’s background under Who We Are.
    • Where to Find Us contains useful parking info, including a Google-integrated map with pop-up tips.

    Inquire.

  3. If the restaurant takes reservations, you’ll see a request form below the tabs.
  4. Choose the number of people in your party.
  5. Click the date of your choice on the calendar to see available times and select one from the list that appears.
  6. Add alternative date options, questions and/or special requests in the space provided.
  7. Click the Add Request to Your Itinerary button and go to the Cart page.
  8. Review your itinerary and either continue browsing or . . .
  9. Click on the Next Step button where you’ll give us some contact info.
  10. Review your itinerary again and click the Request Now button.
  11. Confirm.

  12. We will get back to you within 24 hrs to verify availability and provide confirmation.
