Café Concordia is a casual, full service restaurant, featuring outdoor dining overlooking beautiful Salt Pond Bay. The Café has earned a reputation for excellent food, value, and stunning views and is a favorite among locals. Open to all island guests and locals, the Cafe hosts special events such as West Indian Night with Caribbean buffet and music.

Each year, as peak season winds down, Cafe Concordia transitions into our Summer Kitchen Menu. This transition begins around May and continues through the summer. During Summer Kitchen we offer Happy Hour and Dinner. Keep an eye out for not-to-be-missed live music Monday Open Mic and Happy Hour specials.

Catered Dinners, Wedding Receptions, Music Events and More
The pavilion can accommodate up to 60 seated guests, covered, and offers great flexibility for your event. Rental fees are based on half day, full day reservations. You may estimate an $800 rental fee for most events. Please contact us for pricing and availability. Fees are non-refundable and must be paid at the time booking is confirmed.
Items available include tables and chair set up, portable microphone and speaker, projector and screen (after sunset use only), i-pod docking station, hook up for live musical events or DJ. Rental fees for specific items may apply.
Café Concordia’s buffet catering menu is served in our beautiful outdoor Pavilion area. We offer three dinner options to meet your budget and tastes! Click on the menu packages below to see your options:

Silver Package @ $60/person

Table Setting & Bar Rates:
Appetizer Table Set Up – $20
Buffet Serving Table Set Up – $20 per table. Set Up includes table cloths, chafers, sterno, serving utensils, etc.
Dinner Table Set Up – $30 per table. Tables seat four and include table cloth, napkins, flatware, dinnerware, and glassware.
Bar Service – $250. Includes bar equipment and bartender.
Table Decor – Feel free to add your personal touch to your table settings, such as centerpieces, flower pedals, name cards, colored runners, etc. Decoration is not included in table setting rates.
Please choose two beers and three mixed drinks from the Bar Selection. Bar prices are: Beer $5, Rum Punch $8, Mixed Drink $8, Wine $8, Fruit Punch $3, Sodas and Water $2.
$30 per person and includes Water, Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ice, Lemons, Limes, Tonic, House Red Wine and House White Wine. Please choose of two beers and three mixed drinks from the Bar Selection.
Bar Selection may Include:
Water, Coke, Diet Coke and Sprite.
Corona, Dos Equis, Lager, Heineken, VI Summer Ale, Amstel Light and Budweiser.
Rum Punch, Margarita, Gin or Vodka Tonic, Rum & Coke.
Additional Catering Information & Rates:
Servers @ $125 per server. Four Servers per event minimum.
Pavilion Rental fee applies to all catered events. General event coordination fee of $400 may also apply.
50% of your catering fee is due 30 days after pavilion booking. Event balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
20% gratuity added to the total cost of catering, table setting and bar services.
Refunds are not available for confirmed events if cancellation occurs within 60 days of the event. Deposits may be applied to rescheduled event; rescheduled event must be held within 6 months of initial schedule to guarantee prices.
A guest count is required 30 days prior to your arrival. Entree per person selection is required 14 days prior to event.
Ipod docking station rental available, $75.
